It's Not Over When Its Over.
We firmly believe our job isn't done once the employee lands that new position. So we stay in close touch with candidates, often providing new position planning to give them invaluable input on setting goals, things to watch out for, and designing successful strategies for moving up in the new organization. Many times we seek our former clients' help with the job searches of new candidates, creating an ever-expanding network of contacts and referrals.
